Refund policy

No Refund Policy

Ubuntu Labour Support provides professional labour advisory and representation services that begin immediately upon activation of membership.

Due to the nature of our work — which involves consultation, case assessment, legal strategy, document preparation, and ongoing advisory support — all membership fees and service payments are non-refundable once processed.

By subscribing to membership or requesting services, the member acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Services begin immediately after payment

  • Time, expertise, and administrative resources are allocated upon activation

  • Work performed cannot be reversed or returned

  • Refunds cannot be issued for partially used or unused services

  • Dissatisfaction with an outcome does not constitute grounds for refund

Ubuntu Labour Support operates in good faith and commits to providing professional, lawful, and ethical assistance at all times.

If a member wishes to cancel membership, cancellation will stop future billing only and does not create a right to refund past payments.

This policy protects the sustainability of our service and ensures we can continue supporting workers consistently.
